Green Glow Protein Smoothie

Energy-boosting, skin-loving, and perfect for a post-walk refresh.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you love)

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger (optional, but amazing)

  • A few ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust — more lemon for zing, more banana for sweetness.

  4. Sip, glow, and go!
