Green Glow Protein Smoothie
Energy-boosting, skin-loving, and perfect for a post-walk refresh.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you love)
½ frozen banana
½ avocado
1 handful spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp fresh grated ginger (optional, but amazing)
A few ice cubes
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust — more lemon for zing, more banana for sweetness.
