Zsofia Illes - Founder & Head Coach

Zsofia grew up in Hungary competing in olympic sprint kayaking. After moving to the States she became master certified in Strength & Conditioning, Functional Mobility, and various types of Yoga modalities. She coaches in an all encompassing way creating balance between strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.
